Yes—the 2018 Farm Bill federally legalized industrial hemp and its derivatives, including products like hemp seed oil, hemp clothing, and hemp-based wellness goods. In Utah, as long as a product contains less than 0.3% THC and comes from licensed hemp, it’s legal to purchase and use. All of our products meet these standards and are registered with the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food.
We only sell <0.3% THC products on our website. While a large part of our business is providing THC products to licensed production and medical facilities, we only directly sell CBD and hemp products.
For THC products for medical or recreational use, ask your doctor or find a licensed facility in a state where THC is legal for your intended use.
We do not sell medical marijuana through our website. Utah Cannabis Co supplies medical facilities with THC products, but does not list or sell THC marijuana products, medical or recreational, directly to consumers. Ask your physician about medical marijuana and whether you could benefit from a prescription.

It may be safe to operate a motor vehicle after taking CBD if you are still alert and awake. CBD is non-intoxicating and does not cause the “high” associated with THC. However, some people may experience drowsiness or lightheadedness depending on dosage, sensitivity, or the specific product.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Only use CBD products that are THC-free or contain less than 0.3% THC. Higher levels of THC can impair your ability to drive and may be illegal depending on your state.
- Start with a low dose to see how your body reacts—especially if you’re new to CBD or using a different product.
- Avoid driving if you feel sedated or mentally foggy. Safety should always come first.
