Are Other Hemp Products Legal in Utah?
Yes—the 2018 Farm Bill federally legalized industrial hemp and its derivatives, including products like hemp seed oil, hemp clothing, and hemp-based wellness goods. In Utah, as long as a product contains less than 0.3% THC and comes from licensed hemp, it’s legal to purchase and use. All of our products meet these standards and are registered with the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food.

Does Utah Cannabis Co. Sell THC Products?
We only sell <0.3% THC products on our website. While a large part of our business is providing THC products to licensed production and medical facilities, we only directly sell CBD and hemp products.
For THC products for medical or recreational use, ask your doctor or find a licensed facility in a state where THC is legal for your intended use.

Does Utah Cannabis Co. Sell Medical Marijuana?
We do not sell medical marijuana through our website. Utah Cannabis Co supplies medical facilities with THC products, but does not list or sell THC marijuana products, medical or recreational, directly to consumers. Ask your physician about medical marijuana and whether you could benefit from a prescription.

How Do I Get a Medical Cannabis Card?
To get a medical cannabis card in Utah, you’ll need to:
- Get a recommendation from a qualified medical provider registered with the state.
- Apply through Utah’s Electronic Verification System (EVS).
- Pay a small fee and wait for approval from the Utah Department of Health.

I Just Got My Medical Cannabis Card—What Do I Do Now?
Congrats! Once you’ve been approved, you can visit licensed medical cannabis pharmacies in Utah to purchase THC products legally. But since all of our products are non-medical, you don’t need a medical cannabis card to shop with us.
